Delivery Information

LAROS offers digital products and online services only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Digital products such as Bali Guides and Google Maps are delivered electronically. You will receive access via email or direct download immediately after payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your confirmation or access email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@laros-lab.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Bali Call

Once your Bali Call is booked and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled date and time. Details on how to join the call will be shared in advance.

Bali Itinerary

After purchasing a customized Bali Itinerary, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then contact you to collect the necessary details for your planning. Delivery timelines will be communicated individually, depending on the scope of your request.
