Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non refundable once access has been granted.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or distribute any part of our digital products without written permission. All content is protected by copyright.
Personalized Services
Bali Calls and customized Itineraries are personal services tailored to your needs.
Bookings for Bali Calls may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable.
Once work has started on a customized Itinerary, the service becomes non refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency stated on the website and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
