LAROS OFFICIAL has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back for a refund or exchange.

Please always contact LAROS OFFICIAL by email to, including your order number and you will be provided with a return form.

We handle returns and exchanges during business hours 9am - 5pm CET.

Once you've received the return form, please follow these steps.
  1. Place the provided return form in the box
  2. Make sure that the item is packed neatly in their original boxes and put these inside another solid carton box to not damage the original
  3. Clarify on the customs declaration on the outside of the package that it is a return and value is 0

    LAROS OFFICIAL will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the item if the return is a result of our error.
