Returns & Cancellations

Since LAROS now offers digital products and personalized services, our return policy differs from traditional physical product returns.

Digital Products

All Bali Guides, Google Maps, and other downloadable digital products are non refundable once purchased and delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the file has been sent or accessed.

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us at info@laros-lab.com and we will gladly assist you.

Bali Call

Bali Calls are personal one on one sessions and are non refundable once booked.

Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled call.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non refundable.

If you are unable to attend your call due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Bali Itinerary

Customized Bali Itineraries are tailored specifically to your wishes and require time and preparation.

Once work on your itinerary has started, the service becomes non refundable.
If you wish to cancel before we have started the planning process, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Google Maps

Curated Google Maps are digital products and are non refundable once access has been granted.
